Here are videos and recordings of selected teaching methods in action, featuring John Fines.

John Fines was a gifted teacher who inspired and engaged children to 'do history'. He used a range of creative teaching approaches, and established a trusting relationship with children, giving them respect and the security and encouragement to speak out, to voice their opinions.
